We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers. 

If you would like to pay by check, money order, or wire, please contact Mike to place your order at 609-894-4123 or bigmikesmotorpool@yahoo.com. At this time our website check out will not allow these types of payments online. 

Unfortunately we do not sell tires, wheels, whole vehicles, or trailers. Occasionally I may have some things like this listed, but we do not normally have these items for sale.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped and designated FOB (Free On Board), if you are unsure what this means, please do some research on google. 

Please make sure to leave a phone number with the order. We do not give these out!!! Your phone number is only used for us to call you if there is any questions about your order. If we have to call you about an address info question, no phone number may hold up your order or cause a cancellation if we cannot get ahold of you. 

We ship most orders the next day, sometimes the same day using the United States Postal Service. Shipping days are Monday - Saturday, excluding any postal holidays.

You are buying truck parts. Sometimes they are large. We do ship to PO boxes, but larger orders will ship UPS and will not go to a PO Box.

If using a PO Box, please add your physical address for UPS to the comments section of the shopping cart before check out. 

If UPS does not deliver to your address, please call us at

*AS OF 10/27/2021 - Due to incompetence by employees of USPS, and an overall terrible standards of service, any orders U.S. orders over $100.00 will not be able to be shipped USPS mail. This does not apply to international shipments. 

Larger orders that ship UPS due to weight and dimensional sizing ship Monday-Friday (Friday cutoff time to make the truck is 10:30am eastern time)

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are close to us in southern NJ, you can swing by and pick up orders in person. This is by appointment only, as Mike isn't always in the office. Email or call to set up a local pick up. 

OUR POLICY ON UN DELIVERED SHIPMENTS

BEWARE OF PORCH PIRATES!!!

Our policy regarding shipments claimed to have "never arrived", "been lost", or "were stolen" is to go by what the tracking that has been uploaded to your order states for the travels and delivery of your package. If the tracking shows the items have been delivered, then we must go with what the tracking states. Once the shipment has been marked delivered it is your responsibility for what happens to the shipment. With the rise in package thefts by "Porch Pirates" Big Mike's Motor Pool cannot be held accountable for theft situations. 

On the flip side, if the tracking does not show delivered, we always make things right for our customers. 

We do not automatically add signature conformation to all of our orders at this time, however some select shipments of higher value we do add this service from time to time. If you would like your shipment to have signature conformation to ensure it is delivered without theft, please contact us by email or phone as soon as you complete your purchase. Shipments move out of here most of the time very quickly, so be sure to let us know right away if you would like this service. 

We also do not usually add shipping insurance to any orders. Carriers usually will pay out up to $100.00 on uninsured shipments if there is an issue and you file a claim. if you would like shipping insurance added to your order, please leave a note on the order in your cart or contact us via phone or email right away.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!!I

  INTERNATIONAL ORDERING IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE.

ORDERING/SHIPPING IS STILL AVAILABLE TO CANADA. 

Due to recent issues with international shipments being lost, stuck in customs, or stolen after delivery, I have decided to temporarily cease shipments to international destinations other than Canada. 

If you are outside of the USA and Canada and would like to purchase parts, you can always set up an account with a forwarding agency and purchase that way. There are many to choose from, one example is linked below.

IMPORT/DUTY FEE INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle these fees upon receiving the shipment. Big Mike's Motor Pool is in no way responsible for these fees, or able to set up a pre payment of the fees. 

RETURN POLICY
Big Mike's Motor Pool does accept returns for like new, un used parts within 60 days of the purchase date on your order.
Returned items may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.  Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and no shipping costs for the original shipment to you will be refunded. 
Returns on electrical parts will not be accepted, as this is an automotive industry standard policy.
No returns are accepted for any used parts, or new parts that were installed.
